Mr. Guillermo Gil Díaz is currently the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary of Metropistas, the largest public private partnership and the single private toll road operator in Puerto Rico.  As such, Mr. Gil Díaz is responsible for overseeing the organization’s legal and compliance matters, as well as its corporate governance. Previously he served as the Legal & Real Estate for Aerostar Airport Holdings, LLC, the public private partnership which operates the SJU Airport, where he managed and implemented the legal and aeronautical real estate strategy. Mr. Gil Díaz has also been involved in multiple infrastructure and real estate projects and has advised executive teams on a wide range of legal and risk management issues, while navigating complex legal landscapes and devising legal strategies to mitigate risks and drive business success. Prior to that, Mr. Gil Diaz worked at Fiddler, Gonzalez & Rodriguez, PSC where he provided legal counsel on a broad range of topics including corporate law, taxes, financing, real estate, public private partnerships, torts and contracts, among others.
