Belinda is the group manager-legal at SHAPE, an Australian construction firm, that is publicly listed. SHAPE has offices around Australia and undertakes projects including commercial fitout and refurbishments, façade upgrades, new build and modular construction.

Belinda started at SHAPE at the beginning of 2022 and has set up their in-house legal function. She is a member of SHAPE’s senior leadership team and provides advice and guidance in relation to construction contracts, construction disputes and the full gamut of legal, regulatory and compliance issues.

She has been a lawyer for over 20 years and has worked as a construction lawyer for almost all of that time – both at in-house roles (in companies including APA Group, Lendlease and UGL) and also in private law firms.
