Could you tell us a bit about your significant successes in your role?

The most important success in my role has been to change the mindset of the legal services team towards our internal clients so that they feel protected and supported while developing the digital banking business through alliances and new ways of serving customers in the digital world in compliance with the regulation. We find solutions for the problems and proactively seek opportunities within the legal framework.

In your opinion, what are the qualities and skills needed to form a strong legal team?

To form a solid legal team, one needs to find the superpower in every individual and place them in the right place so they can be passionate about their job and shine.

What is the biggest risk to your industry, and how are you contributing to prepare your organisation for this?

The most significant risk in the industry is the emergence of new competitors that improve the service and products to customers in the digital world. The banks that cannot live up to this challenge will disappear. My legal team is focused on partnering with our internal clients to find innovative ways to give our customers the best service in compliance with regulations.
