Adina is currently acting as group general counsel for the reputable Romanian infrastructure group of companies, E-Infra Group, as well as a board member of Netcity Telecom (an E-Infra and Meridiam company) and Director and CEO of Nova Power Solar 50 (a solar power production company).
Adina is also a founding member of the Romanian General Counsel Association, ‘GC Forum’, and a member of Professional Women’s Network Romania (PWN Global) and Women on Boards. She is also an enthusiastic supporter of the young legal professionals in Romania, providing guidance and mentorship to such.
As a senior C-level experienced advisor with a wide-ranging legal and business background, Adina combines top technical skills with business acumen in supporting and advising on various business, management, and strategic planning matters, with a critical focus on stakeholder relations.
Adina is a graduate of Law University in Bucharest and a member of the Bucharest Bar, holding an LLM in Business Law and certification in Corporate Governance and International Boards from INSEAD and Standford University.
