Alexandru-Valentin Dinuţă is the legal and administrative manager for Amromco Energy, possessing over 20 years of professional experience and expertise in the legal field for various industries, with an emphasis on the oil and gas industry, in which in the last 15 years he passed successive stages before his appointment in the manager position.  

Prior to working at Amromco Energy, he was the legal advisor for Bilboard Media Adv, Cardinal Motors, Termoelectrica Ploiesti and Transport Auto Ploiesti 1. His role focused on providing legal support, advice, and representation to minimise all potential legal risks for his employers.  

Alexandru is committed and dedicated to offering professional advice with great attention to detail on all matters, regardless their importance on the business environment. He seeks to ensure that the legal advice is foremost practical, clear, and comprehensible taking into consideration the expectations and needs, in order to answer the needs and expectations in the most efficient manner. Friendly, optimistic, and dependable, he has the willingness to constantly improve and develop his expertise.  

Alexandru is a board member of Prahova County Legal Advisors College; lawyer at the Prahova Bar; arbitrator at the Commercial Arbitration Court, Prahova Chamber of Commerce and Industry; and a certified technical expert for the Upstream Commission Romanian FPPG (Oil & Gas Employers’ Federation)  

In his free time, he practices various sports or mountain hiking.
