Emanuela has more than 20 years of expertise in the legal field, she has been handling legal and compliance for MOL Romania for almost 10 years and regulatory and public affairs for three years. She is a member of the local Country Coordination Team, creating legal strategy and overviewing hot topics impacting business, integrating MOL Group’s legal directions. Leading the legal team (in-house counsels and external law firms) for MOL Group’s companies in Romania, providing complex general advice for corporate governance and company law, alignment of the company to the group standards and in-depth involvement in public affairs and regulatory activities; drafting and implementing proposals on company’s internal procedures and working flows focused on efficiency and quality increases. She is representing the company in front of the main central stakeholders, state authorities and relate with key state agencies, as well as with professional and industry associations.
