Roxana Bumbac-Buture is a multidisciplinary lawyer with expertise in both consultancy and litigation. Roxana possesses over 12 years of experience and is a qualified lawyer within the Bucharest Bar. Roxana graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest and holds an LLM in Business Law, with a focus on commercial and competition law. In the early part of her career, she worked in large law firms in Bucharest, such as D&B David si Baias, a connected law firm of PwC. In 2018, she transitioned to an in-house role at Nestlé, the world’s largest food producer.  
 
At Nestlé Romania, she serves as the general counsel, leading the legal and compliance department and is a member of the company’s management committee. In her current role, Roxana provides support for Nestlé’s ten business categories present in Romania, with a primary focus on meeting the company’s business goals while ensuring strict compliance. Roxana also serves as an advocate within the organisations that the company is a part of.  
 
Roxana is renowned for her articulate and focused professionalism, with a proven history of making practical and effective decisions and finding innovative solutions to legal challenges. She is highly versatile, capable of managing multiple projects and interdisciplinary teams, even in fast-paced environments.
