About

Ruxandra has been general counsel of the Romanian real estate landmark developer, Forte Partners for the last seven years. She has over 20 years of experience and is qualified in Romanian Law and European Communitarian Law, having graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Bucharest Faculty. Her educational background rounds up with the Master Degree in Business Administration.  

After spending over a decade as a business lawyer in several international law firms, and as the group general counsel of the premier owner and operator of shopping centres in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), she joined the team of Forte Partners, to use her experience in turnaround projects, actively contributing to its consistent growth and achievements in the European market.  

Ruxandra’s work over the last years have focused both on diversifying investments, successful divestments, as well as legal management of the group portfolio.  

As a group, Forte Partners successfully transformed over 8m sqm of land into projects across all real estate sectors including mixed use residential, retail, office and industrial developments. They have transacted over 5m square metres of land, managed the leasing of over a million square metres, and the sale of over a thousand apartments.  

In her current position, Ruxandra is responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of the Group’s legal affairs, overseeing corporate related matters, procurement and contracts, investments and divestments, financing and compliance affairs.  

Her goal is to ensure coherence and sustainability across the organisation, focusing on leading by example, teamwork, and people management.
