Sorin-Alexandru is an expert in competition law, franchising and distribution, B2C and B2B go-to-market models, consumer protection, advertisement and promotion, digital rights and assets, M&As, corporate, data privacy, cyber security and employment law. 

Currently he holds the position of legal and compliance director at Haleon, responsible for 32 markets in CEE, Baltics, Adriatic, Mediterranean Islands, Greece, Israel, Caucasus and Central Asia and coordinate a team of five in-house lawyers and more than 40 external law firms across these markets.
