Veaceslav Grosu has over 19 years of experience gained primarily in a Swiss multinational company.  

Veaceslav provides the entire spectrum of day-by-day advice on competition, compliance, labour, and M&A matters for both countries Romania and the Republic of Moldova. He is known for his ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments in various legal matters, as well as his hands-on approach to legal management.  

Veaceslav has contributed to the closure and integration of important M&A deals in the construction and mining industries. Significant corporate transactions completed by Veaceslav in the past three years include acquiring a big Romanian company in precast and autoclaved aerated concrete, a major national player in the concrete market and another in mining. The internationalization of legal work in the team and a boost to compliance awareness at the local level is another initiative.   

Before joining Holcim, Veaceslav provided the necessary legal assistance to the Governmental Agent in carrying out the task of representing the Government of the Republic of Moldova to the European Court of Human Rights (Strasbourg, France).
