Bio

Adrian is head of legal in Romanian Football Federation leading a team of 5 people. He graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School. He has extensive experience in Sports Law representing FRF before several national courts and national and international bodies including the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne. He has several roles in national and international bodies like: Member of the UEFA Legal Commission, President of the Legal Commission of the FRF, President of the Disciplinary Commission of the Romanian Tennis Federation; Member of the International Boxing Association – Boxing Independent Integrity Unit COMPLIANCE UNIT TRIBUNAL. Member of the Anti-Doping Commission of the FRF. Between 2019 and 2022 he acted as a member of the Appeal Committee of the Romanian Handball Federation and was a pro bono counsel for UEFA during 2018 – 2022.
