As the head of legal and compliance for Brico Depot Romania, part of the Kingfisher Group, I lead and oversee the legal, risk, and regulatory compliance functions for the Romanian operations. My role involves ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations while mitigating risks that could impact on our business. I am dedicated to consolidating the legal department, with a focus on creating a collaborative work culture that maximises the strengths and skills of each team member. By fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional growth, I aim to enhance the department’s overall efficiency and effectiveness. In my capacity, I also provide strategic support to stakeholders and senior management, enabling them to maintain a comprehensive overview of the company’s operations and make informed decisions that align with our legal obligations and business objectives.
