Can you tell us a bit about your career?

With more than 17 years experience in the in-house legal field, mainly in the retail and FMCG industry, in January 2022 I took over the role of Legal Director for Lactalis Romania, part of the French group Lactalis, the largest dairy company in the world and since 2008, also one of the leading players on the Romania dairy market, having a portofolio of Romanian brands such as Zuzu, Albalact, Covalact de Țără, LaDorna, Fulga, Rarăul, Bardezzi and recognised international brands like President, Galbani, Leerdammer, Santal.

From my current role I am responsible for ensuring that Lactalis Romania operations are legally and regulatory compliant, all of that togheter with a great and dynamic team, managing the company’s projects as a business partners for the internal clients.

Prior to the current role, for the last 10 years I was acted as commercial legal manager for one of the biggest retail company on the market, during which I had the opportunity to be involved in the various and inovative projects, with focus on commercial contracts, digital and marketing projects, regulatory and compliance program, acting also as Data Privacy Officer between 2018 until I decided to join Lactalis Romania.
