What are the most significant cases and transactions that your legal team has recently been involved in?

The most significant would be the recent acquisition in the Middle East as this transaction has not been finalised details cannot be disclosed. We will however be opening offices in one KSA which will further extend the TMF business.

Valued with over eleven years of wealthy experience in legal, compliance, and litigation, I gained further experience in drafting and preparing numerous commercial agreements and contracts, authentically aligning the organisation with statutory and regulatory principles, protected and governed the trademarked and patent portfolios, legal research, and writing, drafting contracts, intellectual property, and mitigating legal risks within the professional services industry. I learned professionalism and efficiency by developing detailed communication to manage proceedings and whilst representing the firm and its clients with integrity. With a blend of versatility and excellent symptomatic reading skills, I learned to critically analyse complex information coupled with sound arguments by balancing a variety of tasks within a challenging environment governed by deadlines and stringent regulations. Equipped with exceptional people and communication skills, enables me to work with and understand people on an emotional and intellectual level, ensuring fairness and compliance clients and the public. Despite losing my parents at a young age, mum and maternal grandmother in the final year of my LLB degree I persevered and overcame numerous personal challenges and was offered a position at TMF Group, as head of legal MEA, a global renowned organisation. Three months later I was offered directorship on two boards, aged 34, positions I currently hold.
