Larry Levin currently serves as the executive vice president and general counsel of NTT. Larry holds a BA LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand and was admitted as an attorney in 2000. Larry joined Dimension Data in 2009 as the group head of legal, shortly before it was acquired by Japan-based Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT), one of the largest global telecommunications service providers. Before joining Dimension Data, Larry worked as a corporate and IT lawyer.

On 1 July 2019, NTT launched NTT, a world-leading global technology services provider that brought together the capabilities of 28 companies, including NTT Communications, Dimension Data, and NTT Security.

As general counsel, Larry manages a team of legal professionals supporting all business areas, including corporate matters, regulatory changes and compliance, intellectual property, company secretarial duties, litigation, and legal technology and operations. NTT boasts over 170 legal professionals and operates across 57 countries and regions.
