In 2017 alone, the team has been directly involved in signing a set-up for CapitaLand’s first commercial fund in Vietnam (worth US$300m) and purchasing Asia Square Tower 2 in Singapore’s Marina Bay (for S$2.09bn), thus paving the way for the ambitious regional expansion strategy of the company.
