       dsm-firmenich Legal Team came together as a result of the merger between DSM and Firmenich earlier in 2023.  During the integration, this team was formed from scratch.  All the team members started from knowing each other, understanding new business models and stakeholders, until being able to work together as an integrated team.  I am really proud to form this new emerge and to become a stronger and more powerful team!

      Professionally, we run a very lean team.  The 4 team members cover the entire North East Asia, South East Asia, and Oceania market of the merged company.  We are not only the legal advisor within the company, but also the business partner of our internal stakeholders.  We understand the business well and are willing to work side by side with our partners.  This unique co-ownership has helped us to build up a strong bond and trust with our business partners, which also separates us from other in-house legal teams.
