Our team culture is that we commit to do and complete all requirements and whatever need to be done legally to achieve our company’s goals. To address and retain this team culture, each of us will need to understand our roles and responsibilities well and be accountable for whatever we do. Our team members always play legal professional roles. However, whenever the issues require our further assistance, which may be beyond scope of our legal work, our team members never hesitate to lend our hands to support the project or works we are involved. We always work as a team in which our team members will not only be counted in, but other teams’ members will also be part of those that will path to our achievements.

In the past few years, our company business diversifications and expansions have been remarked and achieved which, apart from our core hotel business, those foods, educations and property developments are other intensive areas that we have been involved and fulfilled. Our Dusit legal team has therefore been required to work and structure any related legal deliberations which are to ensure that such projects have been well arranged, implemented, completed and will run efficiently and successfully.

In our team, there will be a champion, who is assigned to lead the projects which other team members will assist and support. These roles can be switched which a leader of one can be a supporter of another. We believe that with this practice, our team can learn and understand how much their works are important and when they need to position, arrange and manage their works and in what roles and levels.
