The Prolintas Legal, Secretarial and Corporate Affairs Division actively participates as key advisors and business partners across all aspects of the business. Our goal is to dispel the cliché and the stereotype that in-house counsels hinder business progression and act as roadblocks to new opportunities. We take proactive steps to reach out to our different operations and business units, to better understand the challenges they face and provide them with efficient but business friendly solutions. This approach keeps Prolintas moving forward while also ensuring that we are adhering with all legal requirements.

Everything about the team must exude openness, a sense of transparency, to build trust and dialogue. We incorporate this philosophy into every aspect of our work, right down to our choice of colours and shoes! This becomes extremely important when rolling out crucial new programmes such as the Prolintas Anti-Sexual Harassment Policy. Under the leadership of Noor Yasmin, our team members engage with individuals at every level of the business, utilising this platform to build trust and alleviate any fear.

We believe that the sooner the legal team becomes engaged in a particular exercise, the more structured and well-organised the subsequent issues and action plans become. Furthermore, we believe that an open and involved legal team will result in efficient business processes as well as the development of clear strategies to tackle complex business challenges.
