How do you approach managing legal aspects during periods of instability or crises, and how does your legal strategy align with the broader business strategy to ensure the organisation’s resilience?

The approach is focusing on what really is in risk as the lack of focus may lead you to follow a path that is not really aligned with the problems of the company  

What are the main cases or transactions that you have been involved in recently?

The Launch of the NNormal brand, B Corp Certification of the Company, integration of the legal department as an active contributor in the decision making processes of the Group, and reshaping of our retail fleet. 

What do you see as the major legal challenges for businesses in Spain over the next five years, and how are you preparing to address them?

One of the biggest challenges is to be able to identify the obligations of our company in terms of fulfillment of ESG Policies. The Tsunami of regulations in the EU (and its transposition) as well as in other jurisdictions is immense and complex with multiple derivades that makes it a huge challenge to identify and evaluate the impact on the Company.
