Bio

Estrella Rocío Pardo González holds a Law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid (San Pablo-CEU) and has been a State Attorney since 2002. She has served in the State Attorney’s Offices of Santander as Deputy State Attorney, Toledo as Chief State Attorney for the province, and later for Castilla-La Mancha. She also worked in the State Attorney’s Office before the National Court, where she coordinated the Tax Law Department.

In 2021, she transitioned to the corporate sector, taking on the role of Deputy Director of the Legal Advisory Department at Canal de Isabel II, S.A.M.P. She was also appointed as a Board Member of Canal Extensia, S.A.U. In September 2024, she joined Grupo Oesía as General Secretary and Director of the Group’s Legal Advisory Department, as well as Deputy Secretary of the Boards of Directors of the companies that comprise the group (Oesía Networks, S.L., Tecnobit, S.L.U., Cipherbit S.L.U., UAV Navigation, and Inster Tecnología y Comunicaciones, S.A.), positions she currently holds.

She has contributed to legal publications such as the Treatise on the State Public Sector and Checks and Balances: Political Interference in Justice. Her professional career has provided her with in-depth knowledge of European and Spanish law, both public and private, with particular expertise in Tax Law, Competition Law, Corporate Law, Public Procurement, and New Technologies Law.

She has participated in the Leadership Program for Public Management at IESE and has been awarded the Gold Medal for Police Merit with White Distinction. Her main hobbies include playing the piano, which she practices regularly, and reading, particularly on historical and current political topics.
