Isabel Álvarez Calvo has more than 25 years of experience in the legal and legal sector with great expertise in the technological field, as well as in the negotiation of complex contracts with large companies. His deep knowledge and mastery of the best legal practices have allowed him to achieve significant successes thanks to his avant-garde vision combined with a multidisciplinary approach in the digital environment. He has a great capacity to anticipate risks, propose innovative solutions and ensure regulatory compliance, demonstrating his commitment to excellence and his leadership in the law applied to technology. He also has extensive experience in transforming teams and the legal function within companies, guiding them towards business objectives and increasing their efficiency, thus converting them into active agents of the process that create true added value in decision-making. Additionally, he holds the role of Ethics & Compliance Officer, his role being crucial and essential, promoting a culture of ethics and regulatory compliance that has been key in the recognition of Capgemini as one of the most ethical companies in the world by Ethisphere. Isabel is also a member of the first promotion of the PROMOCIONA Project, Founding Member of the Spanish Association of Executives and Counselors (EJE&CON) and member of Women in Tech. Currently, Isabel Álvarez is Deputy Regional General Counsel for South & Central Europe, as well as General Counsel and Ethics & Compliance Officer at Capgemini Spain. She has worked for almost 10 years at Atos Iberia, where she held different positions of great responsibility in legal matters until being appointed in 2015, director of legal advice at Atos Iberia & Atos Major Events and responsible for legal affairs at Worldline Iberia, a company of the Group to which Atos Iberia belongs, thus acquiring a role with more global projection. Likewise, Isabel Álvarez was secretary of the boards of directors of several companies of the Atos Group. Previously, she worked for 10 years at a prestigious law firm, where she was a senior associate in the mergers and acquisitions department, as well as head of the Information Technology department.
