Nieves Garcia Lopez is the Legal Lead and Contracting Lead for Accenture Iberia, as well as a member of the global contracting leadership team. She serves on the Iberia Executive Committee and the Iberia Management Committee, contributing to strategic decision-making within the region.

She is also the Secretary of the Board of Trustees of Fundación Accenture and a member of the Compliance Committee, ensuring governance and regulatory adherence across the organisation.

Throughout her career at Accenture, she has held key leadership roles, including Global Head of Post-Merger Integration (PMI), Global Legal Lead for Products Industry clients, and Contracting Lead for SPAI/Latam (Spain, Portugal, select African countries, Israel, and Latin America).

Before joining Accenture’s legal team, she practiced law at Garrigues in Madrid, gaining valuable experience in corporate and commercial law.
