Bio

Rosa Rodríguez Rico is the Deputy General Counsel of the Verisure Group and the Director of Legal Advisory, Good Governance, and Regulatory Affairs at Securitas Direct for Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Latin America. She joined the company in 2014 to take on the challenge of creating and developing the legal, public affairs, and corporate security structure in various markets. She has played an active role in the company’s transformational projects as well as in the opening of new markets.

In 2018, she also assumed the role of Deputy General Counsel of the Verisure Group, leading the Governance and Regulatory Affairs strategy for the leading connected alarm company in Europe, which operates in 17 countries. This is a strategic role within the company, allowing her to drive various legal and regulatory initiatives at an international level.

Rosa also has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector and has held leadership positions throughout her career, including Director of Corporate Law and Regulatory Compliance at Vodafone, Secretary of the Board of Jazztel—where she played a key role in its launch – and Senior Associate Lawyer at PwC, advising technology companies.

She holds a Law degree from the University of Deusto, an LLM from IE Business School, and an Executive MBA from ESADE Business School. She is a Board Member of Multinacionales con España, a member of the CoESS Council, and a trustee of both the ESYS Foundation and the Verisure Foundation.
