What are the most significant cases or transactions in the Latam region that you or your legal team has recently been involved in?

Some of our most significant cases recently include the sale of one of our subsidiaries, as well as the setting up of new companies for a new business line. We have also made aamendments to the existing lease contracts with the airports where we operate.

More generally, we assist the subsidiaries in all of the day-to-day legal matters.

What are your organisations plans in the Latin America region over the next 12 months and how will your legal expertise help to achieve these plans?

Our expansion plans in Latin America will focus on increasing our presence in international airports. Our experience in lease and concession agreement with international airports will allow us a quick and effective negotiations.

We will also focus on producing new business lines related to airport services and fintech solutions. Our expertise in local regulatory issues will allow us to have a fast and clear overview of our capabilities with this regard.

Our overarching goal is to strengthen our compliance policies, making them broader and more effective, aligned with the highest international standards.
