Ragnhäll leads the legal affairs of the company and acts on the board of directors as secretary, his leadership helps SEB to grow and retain its dominance in the Nordic market. SEB’s announcement of the completion of all conditions for the merger between UC, a subsidiary of SEB, and Asiakastieto Group, disclosed in April 2018 and finalised in June of the same year, the deal – worth SEK3bn – demonstrates the skill and ambition of Ragnhäll’s leadership and ability.
