Johnny Andersson joined Hexagon Group as general counsel in February 2017, and as group general counsel Andersson’s role involves all of the legal aspects of the company, but particularly due to the company’s innovative products its IP, patent and commercial contracts across its different product lines are a major part of his role, as well as data protection and other regulatory concerns. He holds an LLM from Lund University, and served as a partner with the Swedish law firm Mannheimer Swartling, and prior to his time in private practice, he held the position of legal counsel at IKEA International.
