About

Danske Bank is one of the Nordic region’s principal financial services institutions, and has a number of subsidiaries across Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden, as well as in markets further afield. It currently stands as Sweden’s fifth largest bank with 1,500 employees. Included in this number is a highly capable and strategic in-house legal team, which services the Bank across its range of product offerings across 50 branches and six financial centres in Sweden. The team can count on a large amount of expertise amongst its legal professionals, who are recommended as being part of a function that is crucial to the Bank’s future strategy in the country. This is due to Sweden being earmarked by Danske Bank’s senior management as a location in which it wishes to expand further, in order to achieve growth and increase overall profit. These efforts will rely on the comprehensive and specialist counsel of the Danske Bank Sweden legal team.
