The highlight of his career was a milestone victory in a bet-the-company US patent litigation, which caused him to save the company business he worked for at the time. When asked what he enjoys most about his job he says ‘being part of the top management of the company allowing me to anticipate the legal needs to execute the strategy’. On advice to external counsel, he says ‘accept in-house counsel as a true partner, not a competitor for services to the company’.
