How do you approach managing legal aspects during periods of instability or crises, and how does your legal strategy align with the broader business strategy to ensure the organisation’s resilience?
Most important to navigate in today’s complex business landscape, in my view, is to ensure informed, risk-based and pro-active decision-making. This can only be achieved through strong corporate governance supported by a transparent, inclusive and problem-solving leadership style.
How do you prioritise diversity and inclusion within your legal department, and what initiatives have you implemented to foster a more inclusive and equitable work environment?
I am convinced that promoting diverse people is essential for the success of teams and organisations. My team consists of lawyers and students of different backgrounds in terms of nationality, gender, age and skills but who share the same core values of respect and trust. I keep a special eye on these criteria in each hiring process I run.
