With a global mandate, my responsibilities span across a spectrum of corporate functions, encompassing corporate and M&A matters, as well as corporate governance. 

In my capacity, I oversee corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions, ensuring that each venture aligns seamlessly with our overarching vision and strategic objectives. Additionally, I play a crucial role in shaping corporate governance frameworks, orchestrating board meetings, and providing invaluable assistance to all divisions within the company.
