How do you approach managing legal aspects during periods of instability or crises, and how does your legal strategy align with the broader business strategy to ensure the organisation’s resilience?
During times of instability, I believe it is foremost important not to panic and to calmly assess which legal issues and fields are at all affected. Once that is established, it is important to remember and review the basics upon which a solution may be found. As often the issues at hand may be new and may not fall under any specific already-known cases, it will be the basis from which a solution may be derived.
What emerging technologies do you see as having the most significant impact on the legal profession in the near future, and how do you stay updated on these developments?
Artifical Intelligence (AI) may be the technology that changes the legal profession, as well as others, the most. Therefore, it is important to read and obtain information from as many different sources as possible, and periodically have legal AI companies demonstrate their products.
