Made up of four lawyers and one non-lawyer, Ascom Holding’s Swiss legal team stands out for its sophisticated compliance strategy. The sale of one division has led to a recent reduction of the team, however it continues to be an essential element during new and existing projects. Ascom Holding is a telecommunications company headquartered in Dübendorf, Switzerland, which has subsidiaries in 19 countries and a workforce of approximately 1,600 employees. In order to keep a close eye on compliance, the department has introduced a compliance strategy for the whole group and regularly conduct training sessions together with the compliance officer. The team is very much part of all major projects and actively participates in the definition and implementation of them and always achieve excellent feedback from the business.
