Caduff works alongside a team of ten experienced lawyers, several of whom have between ten to 20 years’ experience. The legal team has faced challenges with the steadily rising growth in regulations of the ICT space but has shown its strength by building strong communication lines with the business to help pool knowledge on important technological and regulatory developments. One of the most important changes has been the dynamics and complexity of digitisation and development of new technologies and business models in ICT, combined with very quick and agile legal research and consulting services, which has become a key success factor for the business needs. Caduff interacts closely with the management of the business and says that ‘the most important calculation of our value is the success of Swisscom as a whole in the market, we always are a part of the team’.
