The litigation and investigations team led by Anne Wildhaber, excel at providing invaluable support to market management and manages to combine unequalled legal knowledge with astute communication and politically sensitive advice. Most recently the litigation and investigations team have handled the global investigations into LIBOR and foreign-exchange manipulation as well as cross-border tax matters that are ongoing in France. The team has maintained a reputation for its technical strength, efficient crisis-handling skills and experience in complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation cases and investigations. Over a sustained period they have been integral in a number of cross-border matters, including the US cross-border tax matters, Internal Revenue Service John Doe Summons litigation, and foreign exchange investigations.
