The Kudelski Group, the Swiss-based global leader in digital security and end-to-end convergent media solutions signed an agreement with Sequans Communications in June 2019. The deal announced a new secure connectivity product co-developed by both companies and designed for LTE-M and NB-IoT devices, and involved negotiation and preparation by Kudelski’s superb in-house legal team. Through the efforts of the in-house team’s members, Kudelski’s subsidiary brand, the multiscreen television solutions company NAGRA, reached a renewal agreement for their technology partnership with HD Plus, a subsidiary of HD+ platform satellite provider SES. The partnership has also been extended to include content protection products for Smart TVs. The Group has also continued its technical support of the Montreux Jazz Festival in a renewed agreement, a partnership that has supported the festival since its origin.
