The TE Connectivity legal team stands out for being able to actively advise the business on innovative ways to help to grow the intellectual property portfolio while tackling the importance of global IP laws in the technology industry. In August 2018, the TE Connectivity legal team worked on completing its acquisition of ABB’s Entrelec terminal block business. Amongst its other large-scale transactions, the legal team assisted in the acquisition of Jaquet Technology Group, a global leader based in Switzerland that designs and manufactures innovative speed sensors for the auto, rail, and power markets.
