Leanne Oliver serves as the senior vice president and general counsel for PepsiCo Foods North America, a combined $USD30bn business which includes Frito-Lay North America and Quaker Foods North America. Together, Frito-Lay and Quaker boast some of the most recognised brands in the world. At the helm of legal operations for these iconic brands, Leanne directs a comprehensive range of legal functions, including sales, supply chain, environmental, health, safety, marketing, advertising, as well as the PepsiCo Foods Canada business. Her strategic oversight extends to the critical areas of litigation and regulatory matters for PepsiCo’s North America food and beverage businesses, ensuring compliance and legal integrity across the board. 

Leanne joined PepsiCo in 1996 as part of Frito-Lay’s human resources department. By 2000, Leanne had transitioned to the Frito-Lay legal department, where she advanced through positions of increasing responsibility. Her tenure includes six and a half years at PepsiCo’s corporate headquarters in Purchase, NY, where she led the employment law function for PepsiCo’s U.S. businesses.
