With a proven track record of leadership across various industries, Omar has held senior roles in prominent organisations, including Universal Weather and Aviation Inc., Air Culinaire Worldwide LLC, and Seabed Geosolutions Inc. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, compliance, and litigation management. 

As the Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President at Universal Weather and Aviation, Omar leads the legal and compliance functions across 47 countries, managing a global team and a multi-million-dollar legal budget. His achievements include overseeing major commercial transactions, implementing cost-saving measures, and advising on strategic initiatives. In his concurrent role at Air Culinaire Worldwide, Omar contributes as a board member, driving growth in the aviation catering sector. 

Omar’s expertise extends to board governance, employment law, regulatory compliance, and financial restructuring. His global experience includes leading legal functions in the Middle East, Africa, and Europe for companies like Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, Schlumberger, and Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration Company. A skilled negotiator, he has drafted and managed complex agreements in energy, aviation, and other industries.
