Tara Mackey has served as AZZ Inc.’s Chief Legal Officer & Secretary since 2014, where she manages all legal matters for the company, Corporate Governance, M&A, SEC Reporting, the AZZ Cares Foundation (501(c)(3) Nonprofit), and leads the company’s ESG/Sustainability practices and reporting. Prior to joining AZZ, she held a number of legal leadership roles in private and publicly traded companies, including Flowserve Corporation, Silverleaf Resorts, and SuperMedia. Prior to serving in such in-house legal leadership roles, Ms. Mackey was senior corporate counsel at Jackson Walker LLP. Ms. Mackey has a JD from Baylor Law School, a MBA from Sam Houston University, and a BBA from Texas A&M University.
