Our team has assisted the company with various types of business laws concerning the investments and operations of the company. Over the past years, we have helped in several acquisitions of hotels in Thailand in both shares and assets deals. We also concluded several collaborations with business partners on various aspects of business expansion, including management agreements for hotels and restaurants and license agreements with one of the biggest entertainment conglomerates in the world. We assisted the company in securing the international business centre status.
