How do you see the general counsel role evolving in Thailand over the next five-ten years? 

In Thailand, I foresee general counsels playing a pivotal role in shaping corporate strategy, risk management, and compliance.  

The focus will shift toward proactive legal advisory, fostering business growth while safeguarding legal interests.

Empowering team members to take ownership of projects enhances their motivation and productivity. 

Are the effects of AI on the legal profession overplayed or underplayed, in your opinion? 

While AI holds immense potential, its impact depends on thoughtful integration and continuous learning.
