Led by group legal affairs director Yıldıray Efil since April 2013, the legal team at Anadolu Efes have impressed a number of peers in the last 12 months for their contribution towards the merger of Anadolu Efes and another brewing giant, Anheuser-Busch InBev, of their respective businesses in Russia and Ukraine.
