Çalık Enerji is a Turkish energy company of Çalık Holding which was established in 1998, with their main business areas in oil and gas exploration, production, transportation and distribution, as well as power generation, transmission and distribution, power design and engineering and telecommunications services. Semih Kutlu Sarisakal leads the department as legal affairs coordinator, with specialism in mergers and acquisitions in the renewable energy sector, EPC power plants and PPP projects. The legal department assists in areas of arbitration and claim management, drafting and negotiation of business documents and joint venture consortium agreements. It assists the company in obtaining production projects, and large scale EPC projects and petrochemical plants, refineries and power plants.
