Metro Properties Gayrimenkul Yatırım (Metro Properties) has been in operation in Turkey since 1998 and today has a highly professional two lawyer in-house legal team. Metro Properties currently conducts its core business in two areas; real estate investment and project development, and shopping centre management. As head of the legal affairs division, attorney Deniz Özkızılırmak is acting as the legal counsel for real estate investment and project development, while attorney Hazal Erdil is acting as legal counsel of shopping centre management. Metro Properties has a major presence in the retail industry with extensive expertise and know-how. The retail industry has shaped the legal team to take fast and accurate decisions to meet the expectations of clients both within and outside Metro Group arising from unforeseen events in shopping centre management.
