Rönesans Holding is a group of companies specialising in construction, real estate investment and energy. The legal department is made up of 22 lawyers and six paralegals and since the last two years, has been led by two chief legal counsels, Istanbul-based Eda Arıcıoğlu, who heads real estate and heavy industries and Ankara-based, Süeda Pınar Öz who heads up construction and energy, and health and labour law. The two chief legal counsels head the judicial and corporate matters legal team together. The team is involved in all large-scale project finance deals and M&A. ‘In the scope of ISO Quality Process, we are the most focused department both according to the top management and ISO officers, and have become the team that provides the greatest support to the ISO process’, says Arıcıoğlu. The legal team consists of hardworking lawyers and paralegals who all believe in Rönesans Holding’s ‘legendary speed’ and are all aware of their responsibilities. ‘Exceeding all boundaries to achieve the best, we know that together we are stronger and more successful. Precisely for these reasons our team consists of highly experienced professionals’, adds Arıcıoğlu. The team take part in a legal counsellor’s convention twice a year, in which new projects, the progress of projects, legal troubles and important cases are submitted to all the team, to help them reach the best solution for any difficulties.
