Known for its leadership in the industry, Çimtaş has taken part in many international projects with numerous successes, as well as in important projects such as the Osmangazi and Çanakkale Bridges. After graduating from Selçuk University Faculty of Law in 2012 and subsequently working in many fields, mainly labor law, Attorney Aslı Sındıran, attaches importance to the effective use of advanced technology and information, realizes all her work with the motto of zero accident, understands the essence of Çimtaş, and has taken a step in 2017 in order to be the legal supporter and complement of Çimtaş from the same point of view. She has formed the structure of the legal department from the ground up and systematised the process with the aim of finalising the process in the most favorable way, with preventive regulations in many areas, especially in labor law and KVKK, in parallel with the dynamic structure of Çimtaş.  In addition, she gained the title of mediator in 2019 with her expertise in labor law and commercial law, and currently continues her undergraduate education in Istanbul University Occupational Health and Safety.
