For in-house counsel, it has been a challenge to adjust to hybrid working after the Covid-19 pandemic. Further, the volatile Turkish Economy has had its impact also on the legal environment.

In your opinion, what areas should in-house lawyers focus on over the next few years to prove value to their organisations in Türkiye?

ChatGPT is an area that will create huge opportunities for us in the manner in which we work as lawyers. We need to ensure that we embrace this platform as early as possible to maximise the opportunities.
