After graduating from Üsküdar American High School in 2008, Ece Tırak Solmaz graduated from Yeditepe University Faculty of Law in 2012. Following her undergraduate education, she completed her Master’s Degree in private law at Galatasaray University. She has provided consultancy services in the fields of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, projects and labour law for more than eight years in Turkiye’s leading law firms providing consultancy services to domestic and foreign clients including the energy, telecommunications, health and finance sectors. Since 2020, she has been successfully working as a senior legal counsel at PepsiCo Turkey. She currently advises on a variety of issues for both the beverage and food industries, including corporate law, business law, compliance and ethics, commercial agreements, relations with distributors, marketing and consumer relations at PepsiCo. In addition to these areas, she took part in voluntary activities within the scope of the company’s Pep+ agenda and contributed greatly to taking many initiatives on diversity, equality and inclusion.
