I am a dedicated legal professional with extensive experience in both private practice and in-house roles. My educational background includes a law degree from Marmara University Law Faculty, supplemented by a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of California, Berkeley, USA. Throughout my career, I have worked across a variety of sectors, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning technology, bus manufacturing, milk and dairy production, agriculture, and smart city technologies. In these roles, I have consistently acted as a trusted advisor, providing strategic counsel tailored to the specific challenges of each industry. 

My approach is characterized by proactive engagement, emphasizing ethical standards and regulatory compliance to ensure organizational awareness and adherence to legal processes. I strive to maintain a holistic understanding of the intersection between law and business, guiding my work with integrity and diligence. 

 

What strategic priorities are guiding you and your team in 2024? 

In 2024, our strategic priorities are focused on several key areas. 

Firstly, we are prioritizing upholding our position as a trusted partner. We aim to maintain and enhance the trust our stakeholders have in us by consistently delivering high-quality legal and compliance services. 

Secondly, we are focusing on enhancing our local legal and compliance processes. We want to ensure that our processes are not only efficient and effective but also aligned with our company’s values and objectives. This includes implementing best practices, leveraging technology where appropriate, and continuously improving our workflows to better serve our organization. 

Thirdly, we are placing a strong emphasis on risk management and mitigation. This involves identifying and assessing potential risks in our focus areas, both internally and externally, and implementing strategies to mitigate and manage these risks. We are working closely with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to risk management across the organization. 

Additionally, we are proactively managing regulatory compliance. With the ever-changing regulatory landscape, staying compliant is crucial. We are keeping abreast of regulatory developments relevant to our business and ensuring our policies and practices are in line with current regulations. 

Overall, these strategic priorities are guiding us in 2024 to ensure we are well-positioned to meet the challenges and opportunities ahead. We are confident that by focusing on these key areas, we will continue to provide value to our organization and stakeholders.
